The Office of the Vice Dean for Research and Postgraduate Studies supports the College’s research and postgraduate activities by facilitating research, strengthening graduate programs, and promoting a collaborative academic environment. It also supports staff development and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving the College’s research output and postgraduate provision.

Research
- Support research across the College.
- Support the development of early-career academic staff.
- Strengthen the College’s research output, impact, and visibility.
- Foster a collaborative and research-driven academic culture.
- Promote interdisciplinary and joint research initiatives.
- Streamline research processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Build on and advance the initiatives of previous Vice Deans.
Postgraduate Studies
- Oversee and support existing postgraduate programs.
- Ensure program quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement
- Support the development of new postgraduate offerings.
- Strengthen research supervision and postgraduate scholarly activity.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Work in close partnership with faculty across the College.
- Promote shared ownership of research and postgraduate success.
- Drive collective efforts to enhance outcomes and performance.
- Contribute to a strong, reputable, and sustainable research portfolio.
